Dispatch

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

We use both DPD & DX Express to send our parcels depending on availability. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on weekdays is 10pm with DPD Orders placed after 10pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note that DPD cannot leave packages in a safe place if you are not home due to the nature of our products. They may occasionally leave the package with a neighbor.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 8pm. There are no standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays, and we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays with the courier, especially during busy periods.

What Happens if I miss my order?

If you are not available to receive your order, the driver will attempt to deliver again the next day. Typically, two delivery attempts are made. The driver will leave a message with a contact number. Please call this number to arrange a new delivery date.

If the courier is unable to contact you, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse. You will need to pay for re-delivery. If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned, we will issue a refund minus the delivery and return fees.

Additional Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery and contact information are correct when placing an order. Derma Direct is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information that requires amending.

Derma Direct is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, though we will provide support in such cases.

For international orders, it is your responsibility to coordinate with your domestic delivery provider if required.

Derma Direct is not liable for orders seized or delayed due to laws governing the products in your country.

Derma Direct is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery.
