Returns Policy

We are committed to refunding any item you are not completely satisfied with. Please return items in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, within 5 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened. These restrictions ensure that all customers can shop with confidence, knowing that all goods supplied are new and directly from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment within 10 days. While this is typically faster, we cannot control bank processing times.

If you do not receive your refund within this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping

We do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using recorded delivery for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach us. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and ensuring that the items are properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Items not returned in their original packaging and in good condition will not be refunded.
