General Terms

  • Agreement: By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions, including our returns policy, customs charges, and all associated risks. Pre-order items may require 7-14 working days for processing before shipping.
  • Content Disclaimer: The information on this website is provided for general purposes and may be changed without notice. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, and suitability for any specific purpose.
  • Liability: You assume full responsibility for the use of any information or products purchased through this website. It is your responsibility to ensure suitability for your intended purpose.
  • Intellectual Property: All designs, graphics, layouts, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Reselling Products

  • The selling or reselling of goods purchased from Derma Direct is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected of reselling goods; promptly followed by account closure and/or blacklisting if necessary.

Promotion & Coupon Usage

  • We reserve the right to withdraw any discounts / promotions at any time, and will investigate all new opened accounts and first orders to identify duplicate & prohibited usages of coupon codes and promotions.
  • Discount codes and promotions may not be used on any INFINI products, sale/reduced items or any bundle products existing on our website (such as the Lumi Eyes Buy 10 Get 4 Free Bundle).

Ordering & Delivery

  • Order Details: Ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate before placing an order. Errors may result in delays, and Derma Direct is not responsible for such issues.
  • International Orders: You are responsible for complying with your country’s customs regulations. We are not liable for delays, seizures, or other issues related to customs.
  • Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, Derma Direct will arrange one additional attempt free of charge. Any further attempts will be at your expense.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While we aim to assist with such issues, we are not liable for loss or theft once an order has been delivered or left at a designated “safe place.”
  • Qualifications: We sell exclusively to trained practitioners with verified CPD-accredited aesthetics training. Proof of qualification is required for first-time orders.

Returns & Replacements

  • Replacement Policy: Replacement items will be issued at our discretion and require:
    • Photos of the box (including the batch number) and syringe.
    • A detailed explanation of the issue. Items used with unauthorised accessories (e.g., needles or cannulas not included with the product) are not eligible for replacement.
  • Guarantee: Electrical items include a 12-month guarantee. Product outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for replacement.

Bank Holidays & Delays

  • Orders placed around bank holidays may experience delays due to courier backlogs. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or additional postage costs incurred.

Complaints & Claims

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if an item is missing or damaged. Unless the order is covered by the delivery insurance an Investigations must conclude before replacements or refunds are issued.
  • Complaints: Submit complaints via email to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one week.

Delivery Protection

  • Optional Cover: Delivery Protection is available for a fee:
      • £1.95 for orders up to £200.
      • £2.95 for orders between £200 and £300.
      • £5.95 for orders over £300.

    Opting out (unticking the checkbox during checkout) of this cover waives your right to make a claim against us, or to compensation if your order is lost, damaged or is delivered to the wrong address by the courier. We cannot compensate, refund or redeliver orders that have opted out of the Delivery Protection.

  • Orders that are left with a neighbour at the customer’s request via their DPD account settings are not eligible for compensation, refunds, or redelivery.

Derma Direct Price Beat Guarantee

We guarantee to beat any price from another UK Wholesaler that meets the following conditions:

  • They are a UK limited company that is also VAT registered.
  • ⁠The product is in stock at the time of checking.
  • ⁠The product is not in a sale or special promotion including multi-buys.
  • ⁠We are able to independently verify the price ourselves.

Account & Order Policies

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders associated with unethical or illegal activities, including but not limited to resale without permission or lack of proper insurance.
  • Resale Prohibition: Items purchased are for personal or professional use only and may not be resold without explicit authorisation.

Shipping Abroad

Derma Direct is a UK based business. If you are ordering from outside of the UK please ensure that you are aware of the following terms and conditions regarding overseas shipping and import:

We send all international orders on an express service with DPD.

Shipping rates for each country are calculated at checkout, the price is based on your location, the order value and the weight.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery

INTERNATIONAL/EUROPEAN ORDERS – If you have NOT paid VAT at checkout, Derma Direct are not liable for any import / duty charges that may occur once in transit, these charges are imposed by your local government. Please check your local government site before purchasing for their rules and costs associated with importing from the UK.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS
If you place and order and reject the shipment due to any additional charges, the item could be destroyed by DHL or it may be returned to Derma Direct.

If the shipment is destroyed, a refund will not be applicable from us. If the items are returned, any costs associated with the return will be deducted from final refunds.

Refunds will only be issued once the items have been received and check by Derma Direct.

Other Policies

  • Samples: Samples are provided for first-time purchases only. We reserve the right to decline sample requests if terms are violated.
  • Discounts: Promotional codes cannot be combined with sale prices. Orders are only confirmed upon dispatch.
  • Printed Materials: Marketing materials are delivered by a third-party partner. Failed deliveries may incur additional fees.
